Whining dipper premier

I laughed when I read this. I believe in our constitution which has a separation of Federal and provincial powers . I think the Feds should stay out of provincial matters as much as possible. The Tories are doing just that. Provinces should appreciate that. Dexter is a disaster as a premier and is just searching for money to help him before he is voted out of office. In an interview on CBC Radio's The House, Nova Scotia Premier Darrell Dexter — who also serves as the chair of the Council of the Federation, a group made up of Canada's territorial and provincial leaders — said "a bit of a vacuum" has developed in federal-provincial relations under Harper's government. Dexter told guest host Susan Lunn "if we're not going to have the traditional first ministers meeting, then what is the method that we are going to use?... This is something we are struggling with."
