Victory for Gov. Walker!!!

Congratulations to Gov Walker who has beaten back the union thugs and won his recall election. He won with a larger margin than his first election. It also seems that the GOP has held the senate. This is good news for other governors who want to fight the union thugs in their own states. Bo avoided coming to Wisconsin. This result is good news for Romney. I am very pleased. I wish we had someone in Canada like Gov. walker who would take on our public sector unions. Walker defeats Barrett again; 3 Republicans win Senate races | Wisconsin Rapids Daily Tribune Gov. Scott Walker beat back a recall challenge Tuesday, winning both the right to finish his term and a voter endorsement of his strategy to curb state spending, which included the explosive measure that eliminated union powers for most public workers. The rising Republican star becomes the first governor in U.S. history to survive a recall attempt with his defeat of Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett and the union leaders who rallied for months against his agenda. The vote was a rematch from November 2010, when Walker first defeated Barrett and became part of a Republican sweep that included control of both houses of the Legislature. The GOP again came out victorious Tuesday, with three Republican senators appearing to have easily defeated recall attempts while GOP state Rep. Jerry Petrowski beat Democratic Rep. Donna Seidel to win in the 29th Senate District. The race between state Sen. Van Wangguard and John Lehman was too close to call at press time.

It was sort of pathetic, but a video on Youtube shows a Union member crying that "this is the end of democracy in America".

I consider it a very strong indication there still IS democracy in America, and it has just spoken out loud and clear.

Funny how people dedicated to subverting democracy cry out when democracy doesn't give the result they want.
