A Good Idea

I often tell Uk Tory friends and GOP friends that the should learn from HM Minister of Citizenship Jason Kenney. Seems the UK Tories are doing just that. British PM seeks Jason Kenney’s advice on courting ethnic minorities Postmedia News  Apr 9, 2012 – 7:49 PM ET By Randy Boswell Britain’s ruling Conservative Party is reportedly seeking Jason Kenney’s help with an outreach effort among the U.K.’s ethnic minorities, longtime backers of the Labour party. British news reports have quoted Conservative officials saying the party’s bid to achieve a parliamentary majority will only succeed if, like Canada’s Stephen Harper, Prime Minister David Cameron can broaden the Tories’ appeal among immigrants from India, Pakistan and elsewhere. At the centre of the Conservatives’ wooing of Canadian ethnic minorities has been Mr. Kenney, Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism. The Calgary MP is renowned for attending countless ethnic festivals across the country, waving the Conservative flag and cementing new bonds between the party and various immigrant communities.

Having lived in Canada and Britain, and been involved with CPC and the British Conservatives there is no comparison. David Cameron and the elities that run the party don't have a conservative bone in them. They have no intention of rolling back 40 years of left liberalism in this country, unlike Stephen Harper in Canada. And have all but pushed out fiscal and social conservatives from the leadership, infact they are a carbon copy of Redford's PCs.

You should feel very lucky to have principled ministers like Jason Kenney in your country!
