NDP voter suppression scandal

Some I the NDP are calling this a huge scandal. I wonder where the websites are to sign up dippers who were robbed of their leadership votes. Is mulcair the legitimate winner? Maybe they need to do it all over again. The online vote-service firm, Scytl Canada, issued a statement on CNW Newswire Tuesday morning to report the findings of a forensic investigation it conducted in the aftermath of the NDP convention disruption, disclosing that the accounting firm Price Waterhouse Coopers had also investigated and found the attack had not compromised the vote or any of the ballots. But the Scytl statement said the IP addresses that the committee traced on the computers that were used in the attack, likely even without their owners being aware, were “primarily” located in Canada. NDP NDP David Christopherson (Hamilton Centre, Ont.), chair of the Commons Public Accounts Committee and a former attorney general for Ontario, said the scale of the attack, and the fact it may have originated in Canada, should concern the Conservative government in light of the recent controversy over a confirmed Elections Canada investigation into fraudulent robocalls in the federal election last May. They also involved sophisticated computer software, as well as automated telephone systems.

I heard my neighbour flip, that the attack was possibibly the Mulcair camp that did it, to frustrate the western based rivals, as many BC NDP voters had to give up. The timing to start the attack after the first ballot, and who the attack favoured, brings a serious question of a possible stolen leadership.

Anonymous said... was the Spanish base computer system that the NDP used.(SCYTL) Why is the CBC trying to hide that fact and say it was SCYTL Ontario?
Yeah..Mulcair's Quebec has no problem with voting but mostly BC was the province that was supressed from getting out their votes. Why isn't LIBBY DAVIS screaming through the rooftops? Oh, thats right. She got deputy leader in the shadow cabinet.Move along.
It's not as if the NDP are so honest. Look what they did with the money from Layton's funeral. Funneled it to the Broadbent Institution which was illegal.Hypocrites.

Anymous, they got money from the AMERICAN STEELWOKERS UNIONS which is against ELECTION LAW.

In my deepest soul, there are people are there with media included that are blindly driven to get rid of anything or any government that is Conservative.

OTTAWA - A U.S.-based union's financial contributions to the New Democrats in Canada have raised some questions for the party's federal branch.

The United Steelworkers of America's headquarters in Pittsburgh, Pa., filed paperwork with the U.S. Department of Labor that shows tens of thousands of dollars sent to the NDP in Ottawa between 2007 and 2010.

Records show the American union sent $5,000 last year, more than $39,000 in 2009, $8,500 in 2008, and in excess of $17,000 in 2007 to the New Democratic Party of Canada or the New Democrats of Canada.

So what is good for the ndpqf is good for other parties as well.

Just finished watching the live CBC stream of Maynard from Election Canada. He ended his testamony with this statement…

“A report of calls to be placed at “MIDNIGHT” certainly DID NOT come from Elections Canada”.

He also said..”It is troubling that there are reports so long after the election that are not supported by specific FACTS’.
