Ontario election

Needless to say I am very disappointed that mcliar is back albeit with a minority. liberal hack frank graves was again wrong. The Tories did come very close on the provincial vote and the turnout was abysmal. ( I will not, like the lefties, claim that was not a legitimate win because mcliar got only 37% of the vote.)
The Ont grits have a minority which is likely to worsen , as most times there are resignations etc during a term.
I think the Tory election team worked hard, but they will have to work harder. It is time to be more Tory and less liberal lite. I don't think the Tories need a new leader. They need better and bolder policies. I shudder to think what mcliar and his dipper allies will do to Ontario. I do expect many new taxes including a carbon tax. I expect that Ontario will slip deeper into have not province status. I assume the green hoaxsters will make a lot of money from mcliar. The people of Ontario have spoken and they will have to live with the consequences of their decision. I expect there will be an election before 4 years and Tim Hudak will become premier, but until that day, the Ontario PC's really need to work harder to win the hearts and minds of the people of Ontario.

The debt will crush us. No one from the Libs even now after the election can tell us when the books will be balanced or even how much the debt will rise during the new mandate. There is no plan.

Athens north aka Toronto will eventually pay the price. There is no money for infrastructure, transit etc.

In a decade or so we'll see unkempt wind turbines all over Ontario. It will be a permanent reminder of the failed McGuinty era.
