More on pretty boy justin

Seems pretty boy justin has made a non apology apology. If there is an election the Tories have a new candidate who will take him down. Shama Chopra is the new Tory candidate in Papineau. She is an outstanding candidate and she will defeat pretty boy justin.

Trudeau's weasel words 'absolutely unacceptable'

For someone whose father didn't mince words -remember "The state has no business in the bedrooms of the nation," "Let us overthrow the totems, break the taboos. Or better, let us consider them cancelled. Coldly, let us be intelligent," and "Fuddleduddle"? -Justin Trudeau didn't exactly act like a chip off the old block this week.

Trudeau, MP for the Montreal riding of Papineau and the Liberals' immigration critic, objected to the use of the word "barbaric" in Ottawa's new citizenship guide to spell out Canada's stance on honour killings and other violence against women.

"There's nothing that the word 'barbaric' achieves that the words 'absolutely unacceptable' would not have achieved," Trudeau said.

So, I had a look at the Oxford Paperback Dictionary and Thesaurus. It lists the synonyms for barbaric as cruel, brutal, barbarous, brutish, savage, vicious, wicked, ruthless, vile and inhuman. "Absolutely unacceptable" isn't on the synonym list.

Hi Dr. Roy,

When was Ms. Chopra nominated? Was it last night? I noticed you've spelled it Shama in two places and Sama in one, but assume the latter was a typo.

I'll add her to the database.

The only good thing about Trudeau the Younger's inane objections to the CPC's use of the word "barbaric" in relation to honour (sic) killings, is that they show him as the moral pygmy and lightweight he is.

The only thing going for Justin in the political arena are his antecedents, never mind that many of us believe that the Elder Trudeau was the worst thing that ever happened to Canada.

I'm cheering for Ms. Chopra. You go, girl! My advice to her, is to not engage in any mud fights with M. Trudeau. She should stay focused on the CPC agenda, which is working for all Canadians and not get sidetracked into any Liberal pig sties.

I don't think Shama is a good candidate. I got a call from her trying to win my vote. Her convincing argument was " We are both Indian. Wouldn't you want one of your own to lead?"

I find her use of racial labeling a direct failure on her part as a potential leader. Papineau region has a variety of elasticities. I am certain many wouldn't be happy to hear her say that in public.

Personally, I don't think she would be good for Canada. Neither would the CPC.
