Michael Ignatieff is digesting some bad news on the eve of what could be a federal election. A new online poll has the Tories 16 points ahead of the Liberals, whose leader is described as “arrogant and out-of-touch.”

The Angus Reid/Vision Critical poll gives Stephen Harper and his Conservatives 39 per cent support compared to 23 per cent for the Liberals. The NDP is at 17 per cent, while the Bloc and the Green Party are tied with 9 per cent support.

Yet on the CBC "At Issue" last night, Mansbridge said "I thought we wern't going to talk polls tonight?"No, it wouldn't fit in with their "agenda" . And they talk about democracy. What a joke.
PM Harper is the first decent , honest Govt. we've had in a decade but the POWER of the MEDIA is in action to tear the Govt. down because they want a coalition of misfits running the country. CBC fighting for their paycheques. I noticed they didn't have breaking news about their hidding of information on access to information.Time to clean up the media and the CBC and the shenanigans in the HOC by the hapless and hopless opposition parties and their games, and let the Govt. function. The Conservatives are IN and the coalition are OUT because of the economy and the good job being down on all fronts by the Govt.

I agree with my anonymous cousin above, the CBC has gone completely beserk with their Harper-harting agenda, they have become totally obsessed: it would be comical if it weren't so pathetic.
