Oscar Night

I watched about an hour of the Oscars. It was a terribly done show. I couldn't watch it to the end, it was that bad.The hosts were horrific. The highlight was Bob Hope.

I did enjoy the Tory truth ad that was played during the program.

I was pleased that The King's Speech won multiple awards. It was a great movie. I saw it at TIFF last year.

It honours a great King. May HLIM King George VI Rest In Peace.

Best part about the Oscars is that Colin Firth won for Best Actor, that The King's Speech won the Oscars it did (tho', not enough, IMO), and that Annette Bening did not win.

Great ad featuring the voice over of Prime Minister Harper! I'd taken a break at that point and missed it. What a great First Family we have. What a great prime minister!

God bless them and God bless Canada!
