Bring Lord Black Home

My latest letter to the editor in the NP.

Bring Conrad Black home

National Post · Wednesday, Jul. 21, 2010

I am totally thrilled that Lord Black has been granted bail. His persecution by American authorities has led me to harbour serious doubts about the American justice system. All of the charges brought against him should have been addressed in civil court. Lord Black's accusers have lost billions of dollars in assets, and what has this accomplished? I urge the government to reverse former prime minister Jean Chretien's petty spite and restore Lord Black's citizenship, in the hopes that Canada will welcome home this great man in the very near future.

Roy Eappen, Montreal.

More from my friend Tasha Kheiriddin. From L.Ian Macdonald. Even kind words from Siklos. Lord Black may be freed today.

It will be nice to see 'BLACK' back in Canada but he has a long way to go before that happens since he might face another trail on something else. we don't know yet.

This is a result of a power struggle between the 'black nobility' and the other two reigning factions. (real conservative)

I've always suspected that the Thug Ex-PM, aka the Shawinigate Shaker, was at the bottom of the disgraceful way in which Conrad Black has been treated ever since he became Lord Black of Crossharbour.

Littleness of spirit, nastiness, and envy know no bounds in the former "leadership" of the Liberal Party of Canada. I rather think that there are a few of them who should be trading places with Conrad Black -- at least, that is, when he was behind bars.

I will be forever grateful to Conrad Black for starting the National Post, which opened up Canada's myopic and lopsided media and began a genuine investigation into Librano malfeasance, something which the Liberal$' friends in the press had done their best to cover up.

Canadians are much better off now, because we have been given the information we need in order to be informed citizens who make informed decisions concerning who will govern our country. The National Post was -- and still is -- the battering ram to the Liberal hegemony.

'No wonder a certain ex-PM feels "challenged" by Lord Black!

To 'been around the block,' oh yes, Cretin is a low level stooge for one of the factions. They sometimes engage in open warfare and this is not understood by the masses - looks like bad weather? (real conservative)

I Support Lord Black
