More delusions from duceppe? or something more sinister?

duceppe tries to sabotage the Canadian economy yet again. The pq leader marois is not at all sure she wants to have a referendum any time soon. duceppe has other ideas.
This blogger rightly asks is duceppe just trying to undermine marois. It doesn't look as if the pq knew that duceppe was doing this. Is this duceppe's way of sayng he wants to lead the pq.
Most Quebecers don't want a referendum. This should drive voters back to the tired old Quebec grits. The ADQ needs to up its game and attract voters who don't want a referendum and can't stomach the sellout Quebec grits.
OTTAWA — The international community should brace for another referendum on Quebec sovereignty that will finally allow the province to become a country, said Bloc Quebecois Leader Gilles Duceppe in a newly released letter that was distributed around the world.

The message, sent in English, French and Spanish this week from Duceppe's Parliament Hill office to 1,600 decision-makers and elected officials in the United States, Central and South America, Europe and Asia, suggests that Quebec Premier Jean Charest's Liberal government is on the verge of being replaced by Pauline Marois' Parti Quebecois and that the province is on a path that leads directly to the breakup of Canada.

"As I am sure you are aware, Quebec is a nation in its own right," Duceppe wrote in the English version of the letter, dated June 9, 2010. "There is a strong political movement to make Quebec a sovereign country, free to levy its own taxes, make all of its own laws and conduct its own international relations. This desire for freedom, which pushes millions of Quebecers toward independence, is a strong political force."

'duceppe tries to sabotage the Canadian economy yet again.'

I don't think Duceppe has any influence anymore no more than the little boy who used to cry wolf but ended up with nobody listening or paying attention to.

Attention is all Duceppe wants and he is willing to do whatever it takes to reach that goal.

However, the 1,1 Billion G-8 summit with the 2 millions dollars lake is indeed a pretty effective way to make sure our canadian economy stays down the drain.

This coming from a guy and a party who were supposed to be the cheapest scrooges of all.

So Duceppe sent the letters from his parliamentary office advocating the break-up of the country. That sounds like a case of high treason to me, as well as abuse of the Canadian taxpayer.

No one will pay any attention to Duceppe. Quebec threaten's separation every few years, to get an increase in their welfare cheque. It worked when the liberals held the reigns. Not so much now.

No one in Canada would really give a damn. Quebec knows which side it's bread is buttered on, they are just whining again because that is what they have always done. They know no other way. It will be great for the conservative party if the bloc drop kicks the last of the liberal's in Quebec.

There is no power in Quebec any longer, it is all in the west, and the rest of Canada knows that, especially Quebec. Why do you think the liberal party is on its last legs?

I don't want to give quebec the chance to leave Canada on their own, I want to vote them out of confederation . Let them hop their frog a$$es down the road to nationhood with nothing from the ROC accept their share of the national debt.
