Canada needs an abortion law

This statement is obvious except to radical feminists and extremists like Morgentaler. It was obvious to the supreme court at the time of Regina vs Morgenataler. My friend Joseph Ben Ami has written a reasoned paper defending this position. Jonathan Kay summarizes it in the National Post.

1. At late stages of pregnancy, there is very little biological or moral difference between slaying an unborn fetus and slaying a delivered baby. Yet, the latter is rightly considered murder, while the former isn't even illegal.
