Ever more stupid judge tricks

Mathew 18:6 KJV: But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.

This woman repeatedly assaulted her 4 year old child and allowed her boyfriend to rape her. She has received house arrest. She apparently offered the child to one of her customers(she is a prostitute). This deserves substantial jail time. The judge however thought house arrest was better. Once again the judiciary bends over backward to mollycoddle a criminal. This idiot judge feels this sentence is draconian.
